No registration is needed in order to browse the content (product information) of the FWB Skin Care web shop. Product information –A short description is provided next to each product, containing its main characteristics and features. Prices are always set per item and include VAT.
Selecting the product, your shopping cart
By clicking on the ’shopping cart’ icon next to the product that you wish to buy, the item is added to the cart. In this case, the number of selected items will be shown in the ’shopping cart’ icon appearing in the top right corner of the monitor. When you click on this ’shopping cart’ button, a list of cart contents will appear, reflecting the selected item, the price per item and the order sub-total. Further items can be added, or the selected item can be cancelled. You can also return to the web shop, where you can continue to browse the products and add new items to your shopping cart. In order to continue shopping, no registration is needed, but the fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be filled in. Personal information is handled confidentially and according to the law.
Selecting method of delivery
Select a method of delivery that is most convenient for you.
The estimated delivery time of your order is 3-5 business days within Europe and 5-14 days for the rest of the world including USA. Once we dispatch your order via the Hungarian Post, we send you a confirmation email.
- Delivery service:
The cost of home delivery to any address within Hungary is 990 HUF.
The cost of delivery to the pickup locations of Pick Pack Pont is 990 HUF.
If you order 2 or more items, home delivery and pick-up in person at Pick Pack Pont locations is free.
We have your order delivered to your home or workplace by the Hungarian Post.
The cost of delivery for 1 item is 4,90 Euros within Europe and 9,90 Euros for the rest of the world including USA regardless of the weight of the item. In case of 2 or more items, delivery is FREE.
Placing your order
You can place your order by clicking ‘Proceed to checkout’ button. From this time, permission is automatically given to receive and process information data concerning the purchase via the computer system of the Seller. By this you also state that you are fully aware and have agreed to the Terms & Conditions of Seller’s Customer Agreement in effect.
Billing information and selecting delivery address
On the ‘Delivery details’ page you are asked to provide your details regarding billing and delivery. For a smooth delivery, please ensure your details are accurate!
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. In case you fail to receive it, please contact our customer service.
Please ensure you provide your phone number when placing your order. We will only use it in case any problems occur in the course of delivery.
Selecting a payment method
After providing delivery address and method of pick up, on this page you can select the method of payment.
The following payment methods are available:
- By credit card through Using PayPal (you don’t need to own a PayPal account!)
Select the option ’PayPal’ where you can pay via the safe Direct Online PayPal terminal appearing on the screen. We do not provide customer’s details to the bank, and we don’t receive information from the bank either, except for confirmation regarding transaction.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email which can be printed at any time. In personal pickup, the invoice filled out with the details that you have provided can be collected on delivery.
In credit card payment your card issuing bank will lock inup the amount to be paid. Only after we send our electronic bill will your bank deduct the amount given.
Receiving your order
When receiving your order, please check that your parcel has arrived complete, undamaged and unopened. If the parcel got damaged during delivery, please be so kind to contact us at email@example.com and we will get in touch with you immediately!
